Abstract

In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, cross-disciplinary collaboration in higher education has emerged as a crucial strategy for equipping students with the skills needed to navigate multifaceted global challenges. This paper explores the significance of cross-disciplinary collaboration in fostering a more holistic educational experience. Through a review of current literature and case studies from diverse educational contexts, the study examines the benefits, challenges, and best practices of implementing cross-disciplinary programs in higher education.
